Hi I'm Kara! I'm an energy healer, holistic wellness coach, and certified athletic trainer who uses a diverse toolbox to ignite transformation and self-realization in individuals ready to uncover and embrace their true divine essence.

Due to my love of sports, I initially chose athletic training as my career path. However, after years of working alongside chiropractors, my interest in holistic health was peaked. This led me to study the benefits of essential oils, meditation, nutrition, and energy work. Now, I'm a Reiki Master Teacher, NASM certified personal trainer, NASM corrective exercise specialist, doTERRA essential oil advocate, wellness coach, and graduate of Jessica Valor's Ascended Healers Academy and Gabrielle Bernstein's Spirit Junkie Masterclass who uses all of this experience and knowledge to empower others towards a life of wellness, balance and joy.

In addition to wellness and sports, I have a passion for travel and sailing. In fact, I'm often known as the Wandering Reiki Master due to my life on the move. Although I currently live on the beautiful island of St. Croix in the US Virgin Island, I travel frequently to visit friends and family and to explore new places.
